Where to Buy: From the Author vs. From Amazon

For independent authors, there is a slight profit difference between buying from Amazon vs. buying from us. Regardless of where you place your order, the cost of the book is the same. The final cost, however, will vary to account for shipping costs.

Buying from me means I make a bit more money on each sale, but it also means a higher final cost to you, as shipping fees will be added to your purchase. Also, depending on what inventory I have on hand at the time of your order, it may also mean your book takes a bit longer to reach you.

Buying from Amazon means your book might arrive faster, and your shipping fees may be covered, if you're a Prime subscriber.

Note that buying from me does mean that I will see your name and address, whereas buying from Amazon, I have no access to any personal data. That said, I will not add you to any mailing lists -- the only time your info will be used for future contact is if you explicitly subscribe for blog updates via "The Rabbit Hole."
